songstab is operated by songstab, inc. We generate music from natural-language prompts using our Songstab AI engines and proprietary mastering and prompt-engineering layers.
Free tier is available without registration. Paid plans (Creator, Studio, Label) require an email and a working payment method via Stripe. You're responsible for keeping your billing email secure and for all activity on your account.
Full license terms live at /license. Short version: paid-tier tracks ship with a perpetual royalty-free commercial license; free-tier tracks are personal-use only. Tracks generated under the license version in effect at time of generation keep that license forever.
You agree NOT to: (a) generate content that depicts real persons without consent, (b) generate hate speech or illegal content, (c) train other AI models on songstab outputs, (d) resell raw audio as a stock-music library, (e) attempt to circumvent paid tiers or rate limits, (f) use the Service for any illegal purpose.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the customer portal — plan stays active until end of paid period. Full refund within 7 days of first paid invoice, no questions asked. Annual plans: pro-rata refund for unused months if cancelled within 30 days.
We aim for 99% uptime but make no guarantees. Generation latency depends on third-party model availability and may degrade during peak load. We'll post status updates at the top of the site when significant outages occur.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service. You may close your account anytime — your generated tracks (and their licenses) remain valid.
The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated music may occasionally produce unexpected outputs. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We'll post material changes here with a 30-day notice in the dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after that = acceptance.
